A flow of bold, playful small bites — refined, inventive, and seasonal, drawn from the fertile fields of Le-Mishmeret. Guests move through the space while dishes follow — served on elegant trays alongside a curated selection of mixed drinks that shift with the harvest and wild ferments of the moment.
The menu is mindful of sensitivities and allergies and flexible to change.
WILD Taste the Earth
A festive table set wherever you choose, with ten expressive creations served one after the other.Each dish celebrates a single vegetable or fruit - prepared with techniques like traditional preservation, fermentation, fire, and smoke.Wine pairings are customized to your taste, and the food menu is adapted to the earth’s seasons and your needs.

We love people, we love celebrations, and we love to spread experiences throughout a space - each station offering a different preparation method and dishes that speak their own language.
